the perfect gift, try one of our Colossal Friends from the deep. Ranging
in size from three to six pounds, our lobsters make a New Year tradition
that will not be forgotten. Don't believe the old wives tale that
big lobsters are tough. It's simply not true. |
| Steaming
is recommended over boiling. Into a large pot, throw a handful of
sea salt, a bay leaf, some celery salt, white wine and about half
a pound of seaweed. Closed eyes are optional. The succulent meat is
accompanied with drawn butter and fresh lemon. Drink anything from
beer to Montrachet! |
